Service Request Process

Contact us either through the online request form below, by email or by phone.

We will discuss your particular request and further information about the CPTED Assessment and make arrangements for an in person visit to your site and provide you with a quote.

The in person visit to your site will allow us to conduct a day audit and inspect the physical location. This will include the surrounding neighborhood, site perimeter, site exterior, and interior. We will gather as much information onsite from staff, visitors, etc.

If required, we will also conduct a night audit. This will also include the surrounding neighborhood, site perimeter, site exterior, and interior.

We will then conduct any further research and prepare our report. Depending on the service requested, the time to prepare this report will vary depending on the site and size of the area being assessed.
